In view of the urgency of the senditions in

regard to shipping matters which on occasions require instant attention, I shall be glad if Your Excellency will

inform me of the procedure which I should adopt in order to

communicate with the officials concerned so that no delay

may occur on Sundays, holidays and during non-office hours

in expediting the despatch, loading, discharging, clearing,

signing of articles, and other cognate matters relating to

Tessels employed on Government Service.
